Hello,
We know how important quality-of-life improvements are for your gaming experience. While we always try to squeeze in a few little enhancements of this type with each larger patch, in this update we wanted to place the focus on the thing that makes NosTale so amazing – on you, the players. Raids are the most common activity in the game, yet we know how tedious some things can be. That’s why we wanted to introduce some meaningful improvements with this update, concentrating on quality-of-life features for raids.
But these aren’t the only changes we’re introducing, we will also have a further round of SP balancing changes. Specialist cards are one of the major features which make NosTale so unique and enjoyable. Over the past 18 years, many new specialist cards have been introduced, and some of the older ones have gotten a little long in the tooth and suffered over the passage of time. This includes the 5th generation of specialist cards, which will be the main focus of these SP balancing changes, but a few other specialists which have been somewhat overpowered in recent years will also be tweaked to produce a more level playing field.

Another issue we want to address is inflation, which has been particularly exacerbated in recent months. We’ve seen your suggestions and feedback on this issue, but it is not something that can be solved in one fell swoop. Remediating this issue will be a longer process that takes place bit by bit, and we’ll take the first step with this update by reducing the gold which can be found in Zenas and Erenia’s raids. Our data shows that these raids have generated the most gold over recent months. While this may seem like a drastic decision, we believe is the right act to take in order to maintain a healthy economy in the future.

Bug Fixes:
Equip your favourite fairy and give them a major boost! Between 13/03 (11 AM) and 16/03 (11 AM CET), you have a 50% improved chance to reach higher levels when upgrading and enchanting fairies!
The fairy upgrade allows you to give a fairy a random effect, similar to the shells on your equipment. There are three possible outcomes of an upgrade attempt: success, failure or an overcharge.
After upgrading a fairy, it is soulbound to your character. In addition to a Fairy Bead, you need a certain amount of Perfume to change its owner, depending on the fairy's upgrade level.
Please note: Fairies which cannot be traded without a Fairy Bead cannot be upgraded (regular fairies, event fairies).
Whenever you enchant a fairy, you can get effects for your fairy with a very high or even a very low level. The levels are divided up from S (highest) to C (lowest). While fairy enchantments cannot fail, you obviously want to get the best possible level you can. This event gives you a greater chance of getting levels S, A and B!

Here’s some news to get all those brave adventurers’ hearts beating. Starting 16th March 2026, all you raid fans can look forward to a huge raft of quality-of-life improvements!

We’ve made lots of tweaks and improvements to ensure you can fully concentrate on those epic battles and legendary loot. Get ready for the following changes:
Until now, you had to open each raid box individually, which could be particularly irksome when you had a lot. Not any more!
Now you’ll be able to choose how many boxes you want to open at once, assuming you have multiple. These will be opened automatically, one after another, so you can collect your hard-fought rewards much more easily.
More time for action, less clicking around!
Together you are unstoppable! But until now, you always had to assemble your team manually after every raid.
With the latest update, the game will remember your last teammates, until you close the client. When you start a new raid, your previous team will be suggested to you, and you can invite them all again with a single click.
That way you can put the band back together in a flash, and plunge straight into your next adventure!
It’s a familiar problem: your inventory and NosBazaar get filled to the brim with lots of rarity level 7/8 raid boxes in next to no time. Managing all that costs time... and your sanity! In the new update, those raid rewards are much easier to handle:
So while nothing changes about the raid rewards themselves, your inventory will have an easier time of things!
Raid seals, tokens, boxes, these all used to take up valuable space in your regular inventory. With the new update, a dedicated raid inventory will be added to separate raid-related items from your regular inventory.

If your raid inventory gets full, items will automatically be moved to your regular inventory. Raid items thus finally get their own home!
Graphical effects can have a big negative impact performance, particularly in raids. That’s why we’re introducing new settings allowing you to customise your display options.
The existing options to toggle smileys and HP status have been removed, and replaced with more flexible solutions.
Option 1 – Damage & Healing Toggle the damage and healing numbers from other players.
Option 2 – Manage Visual Effects You can toggle the following effects from other players:
This way you have all the tools at your command to choose the graphics level or performance you need.
A dedicated mount inventory has also been added. This can be used within the "additional" inventory, but cannot be added to quickslots.

Mysterious Sealed Vessels are circulating around the world of NosTale. Surrounded by a magical aura, only parties of experienced adventurers should dare open them, as these otherwise unremarkable vessels contain the most wicked of creatures, banished by wise mages.
The brave – or the foolish – who nevertheless rise to the challenge to liberate and defeat the evil creature inside one of these Sealed Vessels have a chance of being rewarded with a treasure chest. These contain fantastic items from the NosMall. With a dollop of good fortune, the monsters could even drop our exclusive pet which gives you seriously powerful buffs!

In addition to the treasure chest, one of the following items may drop in the displayed amount after defeating the monster:
The pet can drag your enemies right up to you. Meanwhile, the buff it grants increases all attacks by 10%, and increases light resistance by 10.
