    The Community Manager is the link between the community and Gameforge. Their responsibilities include informing the community about all relevant information regarding the game, updates and events, as well as forwarding suggestions and concerns accordingly.
    For questions and important decisions, the Community Manager serves as the direct point of contact for forum and game administrators.
    They also onboard new administrators and introduce them to their responsibilities.
    Additionally, the Community Manager is responsible for the volunteer team and he supports them with advice and guidance.

    The Team Manager is primarily responsible for internal matters and the overall organization within the team.
    They serve as the final point of contact between the volunteer team and the Community Manager.
    The Team Manager oversees the game, forum, and Discord team, and therefore handles concerns and reports through the respective administrators.

    You can contact the Team Manager in case you have a complaint about one of the administrators or in urgent cases when the administrators are unavailable.

    The Game Administrator coordinates and oversees the work of the Super Game Masters and Game Masters and serves as the direct point of contact for the Super Game Masters.

    They are also responsible for expanding the game team by recruiting new Trial Game Masters and supervising their training.
    Additionally, they make critical decisions, forward bugs and concerns to the Community Management and the developers, and they serve as your point of contact for complaints about Super Game Masters and in urgent cases.

    The Forum Administrator handles various administrative tasks and organizes the forum and Discord and their structure. They are responsible for expanding the forum and Discord team and supervising the Super Moderators.

    Additionally, they act as the point of contact for the Super Moderators and are responsible for their training. They also serve as the point of contact for complaints about Super Moderators and for forum name change requests.

    The Super Game Master handles account-related matters, such as account theft cases and item restorations, and can act in an advisory role for the Game Administrators.

    They are the point of contact for the Game Masters, train them, support them in their tasks, and assist them in difficult situations with advice and guidance.
    They oversee the work of the Game Masters and serve as the point of contact for complaints about Game Masters and Trial Game Masters.

    The Super Moderator coordinates the workflow of the moderators and their tasks in the forum and Discord. They oversee the moderators' tasks, support them in their work, and serve as the point of contact for questions and issues.

    They support you in the game and via the ticket support system with advice and assistance and take care of your concerns and inquiries, such as reports or complaints about other players.
    They gather the necessary information regarding your issue, assess it, and forward it to the appropriate team member or department.
