Whenever you acquire a specialist partner skill, you can get one of any level, high or low. The levels are divided from highest to lowest into S, A, B, C, D, E and F. While this action cannot fail, you obviously want to get the best possible skill you can. This event gives you a greater chance of getting levels S and A!
+50% Changing Rarity Levels
Want to get the most out of your gear? The moment has come for even greater success at improving it, as the chance is increased by 50% during the event!
An increased chance to change a weapon or equipment item’s rarity level up to max. level 7 (or level 8 for champion gear). This reduces the risk of the item being destroyed when changing the rarity level.
